Job Description: Autonomous Nurse Practitioner – Time for You Boutique Primary Care

Practice Overview:
Time for You Boutique Primary Care is a growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care in a supportive and innovative environment. We are seeking a motivated and autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

PRN Nurse Practitioner

​

Location:
Winter Park, FL and Virtual (mixed)

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in a boutique DPC setting

  • Practice autonomously, managing patient panels and clinical decision-making independently

  • Foster strong patient-provider relationships with a focus on individualized care and wellness

  • Collaborate with the practice owner and staff to ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery

  • Participate in practice growth initiatives and community outreach as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Autonomous Nurse Practitioner license in Florida

  • BLS Certification

  • DEA License 

  • Primary Care experience

  • Demonstrated ability to practice independently and autonomously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to grow with the practice

  • Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-focused care

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive revenue split: 65/35 (NP/practice) up to 100 patients, 75/25 split beyond 100 patients (Average patient membership is $79-$149 per month)

  • Please note: there is no salary or hourly pay, this is a growth opportunity. 

  • E.g.  If you grow and have 100 patients on your panel, you would bring in an average of $100/patient/month.  Your take home (before taxes) would be $6500/month.  It would take time to grow to this number of patients, but for someone who is motivated, it is very doable.

  • All overhead costs covered, including EMR and malpractice insurance, Google Ads to drive new patients

  • Flexible schedule with opportunity for increased patient panel as the practice grows.  Available for your patients 6 am-8 pm M-F and 8 am-2 pm Sat and Sun

  • Occasional Coverage for other NPs patients when out of town.
