Welcome to our Practice

Checklist for New Patients

  • Let's Talk about Communication between Patient and Practice:  As a member of Time for You, an amazing benefit is that you have direct access to the practice by phone, text and email. Our Patient line is 407-499-8012 - please enter this number into your contacts in your phone so you have it when needed. 

  • As your Medical Provider, Joslyn Bear, APRN is available M - F from 6 am to 8 pm and Weekends from 8 am to 2 pm. We ask that you be thoughtful of our Nurse Practitioner's Family time and reserve weekend texting for acute illnesses or injuries that require timely guidance.

  • For routine questions, medication refills, or administrative needs, please message during weekday business hours and we will respond promptly (within 24 hours).  

  • If you have a concern that cannot wait until the hours listed above that we are available, please seek appropriate medical care via urgent care or emergency room.  For life threatening emergencies, please call 911. 

  • For billing questions, please email us at joslyn@timeforyoudpc.com. Remember most billing related issues can be handled through your portal: Access may be requested HERE

  • For urgent concerns, Please first text URGENT and then your medical concern to our Patient Line. If you do not receive a response within 60 minutes, please text the office again and call. 

Getting Started with Time for You Boutique Primary Care:

  • If we have not already, Schedule your first visit HERE

  • If we completed your sign up, Please look for emails to sign your consents/agreement and also to add your billing information.  

  • All new adult patients, please Complete your New Patient History: HERE and Pediatric Patients: HERE

  • For Hormone Health and Weight Loss Memberships, please also complete this FORM

  • Your Hint Portal allows you to manage  manage your invoices, payment methods, plan members, and agreements, Health Records will be shared by practice to this Portal as well. Access may be requested HERE

  • For Established patients who would like to book an in person visit, click HERE or virtual visit, click HERE

  • If you do not have Health insurance or are looking for a lower cost option, Health Care Cost-Sharing Programs offer a low cost wrap-around solution for larger medical expenses such as hospitalizations or surgeries. These are designed with Direct Primary Care in mind. Consider Zion Health.  Ask us to send you a link to enroll if you are interested.

Part of the benefit of Direct Primary Care is Continuity of Care when you need it.  We try to discourage hopping on and off the membership. We also understand that life gets in the way sometimes. If you had to cancel and now would like to re-enroll, please pay the $125 re-enrollment fee and sign up below:
