Room Rental Rates: (daytime 8-5 pm)

1 day/week: $225/mo​​

2 days/week: $375/mo

3 days/week $525/mo

4 + days/week $650/mo​

Room Rates:  (Evenings 5-9 pm) and Weekends (8-12 or 12-4)

1 evening/weekend time per week: $125/mo

2 evening/weekend time per week: $225/mo

3 evening/weekend time per week: $375/mo

Office Procedures

  • Do biohazard training once a year with Joslyn.

  • Wifi: Time for You PW: HealthyYou2025*

  • Keep all spaces clutter free. (Purse in drawer or storage closet).

  • Attire: athleisure wear or business casual (jeans ok on Fridays) depending on Wellness Service Provider brand with “sophisticated boho” style and feel of office. 

  • Wellness Providers/Vendors will post copy of license/certification in designated area. 

  • Time for You will support Wellness Provider's businesses with business cards displayed in lobby.

  • Wellness Provider/Vendor is responsible for all communication with clients (cancellations/changes etc.).  

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your clients scheduled appointment. 

  • If any clients have had a fever in last 24 hours, please reschedule.

  • If you will have clients arriving back to back, please have them text you and wait in lobby or on outside bench if door is locked. 

  • Please leave room ready for next Wellness Provider (trash out to dumpster out back door) and use chlorox wipes on any client used or high touch surfaces (door handles/massage table/yoga mats). Please spray room with Lysol upon leaving. 

  • Please put any equipment in storage closet as agreed upon with Joslyn.

  • Keep door locked when you are not in front room and when you leave.

  • When you leave, please adjust A/C to 78 F or Heat to 68 F and turn off all lights.

  • Please give 1 month notice before your renewal date if you would like to change your number of days or don't intend to renew. 

  • If any packages or mail arrives, please put on desk in lobby.

  • If there are every any concerns, please Text Joslyn at 407-448-5558.
