Office Procedures

Do biohazard training once a year with Joslyn.

Wifi: Time for You PW: HealthyYou2025*

Keep all spaces clutter free. (Purse in drawer or storage closet).

Attire: athleisure wear or business casual (jeans ok on Fridays) depending on Wellness Service Provider brand with “sophisticated boho” style and feel of office.

Wellness Providers/Vendors will post copy of license/certification in designated area.

Time for You will support Wellness Provider's businesses with business cards displayed in lobby.

Wellness Provider/Vendor is responsible for all communication with clients (cancellations/changes etc.). Group classes (Montessori and Yoga will have communication through Time for You Group Me Chat )

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your clients scheduled appointment.

If any clients have had a fever in last 24 hours, please reschedule.

If you will have clients arriving back to back, please have them text you and wait on outside bench if door is locked.

Please leave room ready for next Wellness Provider (trash out to dumpster out back door) and use chlorox wipes on any client used or high touch surfaces (door handles/massage table/yoga mats). Please spray room with Lysol upon leaving.

Please put any equipment in storage closet as agreed upon with Joslyn.

Keep door locked when you are not in front room and when you leave.

Please give 2 weeks notice before your renewal date if you don't intend to renew.
